Customer Reviews
Good value for a group
We booked a Textile Art Workshop for a small group of friends. I was looking for something affordable for us all to do. The group discount really helped make it a good deal compared to other options I found. We saved about 15% which was nice. The workshop itself was engaging, and the artist was knowledgeable. It felt like a good investment for a fun afternoon out.
Good workshop, smooth booking
I booked a Ceramics Workshop in Lisbon for myself and a friend. The website was easy to navigate and booking was straightforward, even though it was my first time using Subcultours. I received a confirmation email quickly with all the details. The workshop itself was great, the artist's studio was charming. Materials were included, which was a plus. We got to take home our pieces a few weeks later after firing. The only small thing was finding parking near the studio, but that's Lisbon for you. Overall, a very positive experience.
Easy booking, fun class
Booked a Cooking Class with Artists. Site was easy to use. Class was enjoyable, learned new things. Received booking confirmation fast. Would use again.
Reliable for creative experiences
This was my third time booking with Subcultours, this time a Painting Workshop in Berlin. My previous experiences, a Pottery Class and a Street Art Tour, were also really good. They're consistently reliable; the artists are always welcoming and the workshops are well-organized. I appreciate that what you see online is what you get. It's become my go-to for unique activities when traveling. I'll definitely be checking their Madrid offerings next spring.
Loved the experience!
I went for the Jewelry Making workshop in Brussels and it was so much fun! The artist was super talented and patient, and I actually made a necklace I love. The studio was adorable and the whole atmosphere was just perfect. I'd never done anything like this before but I'm already looking at their other workshops. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a unique experience!

Just wondering if Subcultours is legit? Never heard of them before.
How long does it take to actually get a confirmation after booking? Want to make sure it's solid for my trip.
Are the workshops usually in English or the local language? My Spanish isn't great but I want to do a cooking class in Madrid.
Thinking of booking a pottery class for me and a few friends in Lisbon. Do they do discounts if it's a bigger group?
Are the materials for things like the ceramics or painting workshops included in the price, or do you have to bring your own stuff?
